Q: How should I prepare for my FST session?

Wear comfortable, stretchy layers. Bring or wear socks. Stay hydrated for optimal fascia release.

Q: Is FST safe for everyone?

FST is suitable for most people ages 14–94, but should be avoided if you have:

  • Active or suspected disc issues
  • Unhealed bone fractures
  • Late-term pregnancy
  • Medical restrictions (get physician clearance)

Q: Will FST hurt?

No! FST is gentle and non-invasive. Most clients feel relaxed, pain-free, and energized afterward.

Q: How often should I schedule sessions?

Ideally, 3 sessions within 6 weeks to train your fascia. Then, come back as needed. 90 or 120-minute sessions are recommended for full-body care.

Q: When is the best time to stretch?

Anytime! Before or after activity—just like your pets do instinctively. Proper stretching supports lifelong mobility.
